Past President - Tidewater Auburn Alumni Club

The Tidewater Auburn Alumni Club is a very active Auburn AlumniClub in the Tidewater Virginia area (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Hampton,Newport News) . The club has received recognition from the Auburn UniversityAlumni Association by receiving two of the three National Auburn AlumniClub Awards presented each year. The Tidewater Auburn Alumni Club sponsorsan annual partial scholarship for a Virginia student to attend Auburn.The club also schedules three or four social events annually, includinga "Beat Bama" TV / Game Party. We also just completed a successful statewide campaign to get Auburn license plates in Virginia! Auburn headfootball coach Terry Bowden visited the club in May 1996.
