5/95 to present -- * Owner and manager of small business specializing in natural resource conservation and communication. * Responsible for developing and implementing natural resource inventories and plans. * Specializing in Endangered species and nongame wildlifemanagement. * Responsible for the development and incorporation of ecosystem management principles into survey, inventory and resource management projects. * Develops and implements plans and recommendations for wildlife including nongame and sensitive wildlife species to meet landowner and conservation objectives. * Responsible for contract services to international and national natural resource conservation organizations and agencies. * Serves on national and state threatened and endangered species recovery teams and taxonomic and technical committees.
