Currently, all IDD orders are done by email. Your email should include your name, shipping address, item number(s), and the type of payment you wish to use. We can accept only checks or money orders at this time. DO NOT include credit card numbers in your email. Upon receiving your email order we will contact you to arrange payment. In order to keep shipping prices at a minimum all orders will be shipped as first class USPS mail and should arrive within 1 week of receiving your payment. Caring for Your New Jewelry
All connectors, clasps, and pins used to construct IDD jewelry are base metals and can therefore be cleaned and polished with a jewelry polishing cloth. This will restore the jewelry's shine when it begins to dull. The beads are made from a variety of materials and may wear over time unless treated with certain care. Try to avoid harsh treatment of your jewelry. Keep exposure to water to a minimum and store jewelry in a small bag or by itself. Treating your jewelry with some care will extend its life and keep it looking great.
