Our Mission
Smithfield Music’s goal is to bring top tier entertainment to Smithfield and use the proceeds from the shows to promote music education in Isle of Wight county. As a division of the Isle of Wight Arts League, Smithfield Music is a 501(c)3 non profit organization and donations to Smithfield Music may be tax deductible. Family memberships are available for $35 a year which gets you first opportunity to buy tickets to the concerts and all the benefits of being a member of the IOW Arts League.

Most shows are held at and co-sponsored by the Smithfield Little Theatre. This 178 seat theatre is the perfect setting for an intimate concert and a chance to really hear a performance without the distractions of a larger venue. Located at 210 N. Church St. (Bus. Rt. 10), in the heart of the historic district of Smithfield, VA. The Smithfield Little Theatre is a leader in community theatre in Virginia and they take a very active role in supporting the arts in the Tidewater. Their cooperative spirit and willingness to help their community is much appreciated. Be sure to check out their schedule of “live” theatre shows at their web site.
Sound for all of our shows is donated by Jeff’s Music and Jeff’s Guitar Warehouse located at 112 W. Newmarket Sq. at the Newmarket South Shopping Center in Hampton and 9716 Warwick Blvd located in Hilton Shopping Center in Newport News.
Ticket Sales
Tickets to concerts may be purchased for the Smithfield Music Shows by phone with credit card by calling 757-357-7891 during daytime business hours. Tickets will then be at the “will call” desk at the theatre.
