Beginning at Black Gum in branch ,WT Forehand’s corner and running N 54 E 27 chains along Mrs E J Burkes line to gum and elm-thence-S 54 E 9-30 chains to sweet gum –thence-S 49 E 13-76 chains to gum and oak James Jordan’s corner-thence-S 25 W 26-90 chains to maple in branch-thence-along branch N 50 W 31 ½  chains to beginning containing 73 acres
