           To all to whom these presents shall come greeting Know ye that I Jordan Pitman of the County and State Aforesaid for and in Consideration of the Love good will and affection which I have and bear toward my loving Niece Rachel Askew the daughter of Enoch Askew of the same County and State aforesaid have given and granted and do by these presents do freely give and grant unto the said Rachel Askew her heirs and assigns forever one young cow to have and to hold the said cow to her the said Rachel Askew her heirs Executors or administrators from henceforth as her and their proper cow with all the future increase of said cow absolutely Without any manner of condition in Witness Whereof  I here put my hand and Seal this 1st day of May 1819
