Whereas Nathan Askew is indebted to James G Wallace by Note to the amount of twenty one dollars and twenty one cents have to indemnify and save from injury the said James Wallace put in trust to the same James Wallace one grey horse Bridal and saddle to have and to hold the aforesaid horse bridal and saddle unto the said James Wallace until the aforesaid note shall be paid and redeemable upon the aforesaid notes being paid in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 1st day of January 1833 signed sealed and delivered in presence of L M Ballard                                                       Nathan Askew
