The undersigned as Guardian-all-litern aforesaid to the minor heirs James Askew & Jacob Lenier aforesaid will answer the petition of the petitioner as follows to with that he believes the petitioner aforesaid has a legal and perfect right to a dower in and from the real estate of her said husband and if the petition of the petitioner is legally compliant with the Guardian-all-litern can see no cause at this stage of the proceedings why he should attempt to __________ __________ of the petitioners.
