September 3,1814 then received of Fredrick Askew three hundred and fifty dollars in full payment for a certain negro girl named Esther about eighteen years of age Which said negro slave and her future encrease I hereby warrant and defend to said Askew his heirs and assigns against All lawful claims of any person or persons whatsoever.In Witness Whereof I here set my hand and seal date above Written Signed Sealed and delivered
