officers of claims for claims of __________ __________ in the county aforesaid
to the surveyor of said county you are required as soon as may be
to lay off survey for Frederick Askew a tract of land on the West side
of Boar Branch and on both sides of the horse pen branch containing once
hundred acres observing the directions of the Acts of Assembly in
such cases made & provided for running out land two just and fair plan
of such survey with a proper certificate annexed to each you are to transmit
to gather with this warrant to the secretary’s office without delay given
under my hand at office.
