Ye Samuel Hill Justice of Peace for said county and John
H Hammond Nathaniel Waples and Charles Gerock free holders and undersigned
committee acting under a petition and order from the worshipful, the Justices
of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions made at June term 1845 for the
county aforesaid and agreeable to the order from your worships and the
prayer of your petitioner Nancy Duval deceased widow of Francis DuVal deceased
have laid off and allotted to Nancy DuVal widow of Francis DuVal deceased
the articles above stated for her years provisions out of the Estate of
said Francis DuVal deceased – All of which we respectfully submit to the
worshipful the Justices of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions for
the county aforesaid – Given under our hand and seal this 6th day of September
