You are hereby required,as soon as maybe to lay off and survey for Benjamin Askew a tract of land in Jones County , containing Twenty Five acres and claimed by said Benjamin Askew and entered 8th  day of  Oct.1884
   The said land is situated as follows :Lying between the lands of the said Benjamin Askew and ?stems?from? the lands of Amos Askew.
